最近一直頭暈 尤其是昨天一整天都在暈
今天就好一點
最近飲食有改變的部分只有
1.維他命C發泡錠 一天泡3顆 (一顆1000mg)
2.吃膠原蛋白 (是粉狀 我都用兩匙混在發泡錠喝)
