每天每天上站就是看文和試著po文來書發
自己無法用"說"而壓抑的不好情緒啊~~~
看到或感覺到跟自己一樣掙扎的很無奈與
痛苦的朋友...真是很有同感啊!!
因為,藥物調不好有好幾個月了!想找工作
卻又有深深的無力感!變得已經受不了...
那些關心自己的親友們的提問!(別再問了啦!)
我知道我都知道好不好!!但我已經盡很大的力~
也別說什麼"加油"之類的話好嗎?!到底我該怎
麼做呢?!我情緒是那樣的低落那樣痛苦你們知
道嗎??不能體會的話,起碼別不斷地說這些話!
我聽了只會更加難過與感到自己很無力的痛苦!!
傾聽和理解是重要的!當然,不是每個人都能去
這樣地對待自己!很多時候去面對人們的不理解
是很痛苦地!只能夠沈默的忍耐!
