最近看一篇文章提到抽菸的人會比沒抽菸的人對於維他命C、E等攝取量都還要少
因此補充維他命C是對於癮君子必要的營養素!!
其實一直以來我對於維他命的觀念,是加快傷口癒合以及提高免疫機能
感冒前吃更可以好的比較快!!
這次看到這篇文章還真是學了一課,也想到我身邊愛抽菸的癮君子們…
只好買個維他命C給他們服用,大家有推薦嗎?
