吃對東西,真的可以越吃越健康。薏仁不但可以消水腫,專家研究還發現,每天吃半碗薏
仁,可以抗癌,薏仁上的麩皮,能夠抑制大腸癌和肺癌細胞的生長。
夏天快到了,吃下一碗冰冰涼涼的薏仁,健康又吃的飽。以往被認為有消除水腫作用的薏
仁,其實功效不只如此,台大教授進行長期的動物實驗,發現吃糙薏仁的麩皮,罹癌率可
以大大降低。
薏仁是穀類,可當主食或加入米飯烹煮,如果換算體重六十公斤重的成人,每天只要吃半
碗份量,大約六十公克的糙薏仁,就可以預防大腸癌、肺癌,並抑制癌細胞的生長。
一般人喜歡選購大顆、進口的薏仁,但大部分都已去除麩皮,不如本土糙薏仁營養有效,
不過薏仁畢竟是食品不是藥品,要有耐心持之以恆的吃,對健康才有幫助。
