伊朗研究:喝熱茶甚至燙茶 增加喉癌風險
(法新社巴黎27日電) 今天刊登在「英國醫學雜誌」(British Medical Journal)的研
究報告指出,相較於慣喝溫茶的人,喝滾燙茶水的人更容易罹患喉癌。
抽菸和酗酒特別容易引起食道癌,然而,也許因為熱飲傷害喉嚨組織,因此也被視為
罹癌的好發因素之一。
為了瞭解更多,伊朗研究人員前往全球罹患食道癌比例最高的格列斯坦省(
Golestan Province)進行調查。
伊朗北部的格列斯坦省居民慣喝大量熱紅茶,通常每人每天喝超過1公升,但抽菸喝
酒的人口卻很低。
由德黑蘭醫療科學大學(Tehran University ofMedical Sciences)消化系統疾病研
究中心(Digestive Disease Research Center)人員馬里克沙迪(Reza Malekzadeh)領
軍的專案小組,將300名喉癌病患與571名住在同區的健康民眾進行比對研究。
他們發現,這些喝(水溫介於攝氏65-69度)熱茶的人,罹患癌症的風險比喝(水溫
低於攝氏65度)溫茶的人高2倍。喝(水溫起碼攝氏70度)非常燙茶水的人,罹癌風險比
