最近一直睡不好
在某版看到網友提到:
依布萊恩。魏斯博士著作「前世今生」的催眠步驟做,結果睡很熟。
步驟大概是
「想像體內有一道白光,起初是在頭頂。慢慢地,白光逐漸播散到全身,
使每根肌肉、每條神經、每個器官都放鬆,
全身在鬆弛安詳的狀態中,感覺到越來越睏,越來越安靜。
最後,白光充滿全身。」
躺在床上,室內漆黑,腦袋中想不出白光...我一直卡在這點
寫信問網友,對方很熱心地回應,但我還是抓不到要點
有聰明網友,可提供一下「想像有道白光」的經驗嗎?
