抽血檢查 - 醫療資訊

上篇推文中有網友提到膽方面的檢查，
GOT，GPT， 總膽紅素（T-Bil），γ-GT，ALK-P，e-GFR，CRP，Creatinine
這個朋友的檢查內容都有做到(上次的資料)
GOT =180
GPT =160
ALK-P=1268
γ-GT=677
以上這四項都偏高，Anti-GPC Ab* 顯示在正常值內。
ANA 1:640(+)
Ig-G=2280
C4=7.49
其他沒有寫出來的大多是偏低的(貧血)or陰性。


前幾天又陪著朋友做了斷層掃描(要打顯影劑)
因為報告出來的時間醫生沒有門診，
所以他只有先去拿了紙本的檢查報告。

Whole abdominal CT with quadriphasic enhancement in multiplanar views show:
1.A hypodense lesion S6 of Rt lobe liver on plain scan.
2.Size of about 1.3cm charecterised by intense peripheral nodular
enjancement with central migration.
3.No enlarfed regional and paraaortic lymphadenopathy.
4.Clear mesentery with no evident ascites or nodularity.
5.No evident filling defects of GI tracts.
6.Unremarkable spleen,pancreas,kidneys and other visible organs.

IMP:
1.Hemangioma(1.3cm) over S6 of Rt lobe liver
2.Mild fatty liver
3.Uterine myoma with dystrophic calcification.

我們只能理解大概意思，
有1.3cm的血管瘤+輕微脂肪肝+營養不良性鈣化的子宮肌瘤。

這樣算是有結果嗎@@?還是有可能要做肝臟切片了......?
