抓到游泳要領 - 憂鬱症

今天早八游泳課,
雖然一樣是睡到八點被鬧鐘驚醒,
但難得沒有繼續賴床
(可能因為火燒屁股XD)
雖然還是差一步,沒趕上點名QQ
今天教自由式的划手跟換氣,
其實我本來就會游泳了,
體育課選游泳是為了修正動作,
今天好像更抓到要領了,
比較能去感受如何"放鬆、輕鬆"的前進
以往游一趟就氣喘吁吁要休息好久,
今天居然可以一直游都不太會累,
這樣以後我的游泳距離就可以拉長了!
等一下要去買朝思暮想的離子夾了!
希望用得上手><
