為期一個月
當然酒也包含了
允許一個星期喝一杯微糖茶類
上次po過我的零食櫃真相
看來這週會清空他們
我的個案們這週會被我好好的餵食XD
起因是我剛剛想到一件事
幾個月前和病友工程師吃好料前
在他小阿姨家豪宅的客廳裡
我看到一個女生吃力的復健
小阿姨說他花了幾百萬請國泰的醫療小組和專機把女兒運回來
現在,我想,如果我沒有這樣的父母
我更要照顧好我自己
太多事情要做了
所以我不可能突然斷食只喝大量的蔬果汁
一個人住在外要戒別的習慣、要還債、要唸書、要存錢、要好好生活
很難一下子到位
一步一步來吧
祝一個月的我 安好
