......雖然只跑了弱弱的500m。XD
而且跑完回來還吃了蛋糕。XDD(毆)
不過運動的感覺真的好好,而且這次跑完幾乎沒有肌肉痠痛、膝蓋有舊傷的地方也沒什
麼感覺,看來應該是好得差不多了。:3
希望能夠持續下去~
沒有要求很高啦,能夠瘦到60kg我就很滿意了。XD
