怎麼睡都睡不飽@@ - 養生

我目前是大學生,
有一個困擾就是....我覺得自己都睡不飽耶@@
我平常大約晚上12~1點就寢,早上7點起床,
照理來說並沒有太少,而且也沒有熬夜,
但是我就是覺得睡不飽。
我知道有一說是人要睡8個鐘頭,
但是又聽到人說6~7個鐘頭也夠,還更長壽....
我不知道自己這樣到底是不是真的睡太少?
聽說10點就寢是最理想的,
但是學生根本辦不到,寫一寫作業、念英文、休閒,就12點了啊
要我每天都不能休閒,就只管唸書還後去睡,我也受不了...
日子過成那樣還有什麼意思?
父母說在我小時候,他們9點就讓我睡覺了,
不知道是不是這個養成了需要長時間睡眠的習慣?
我都等假日睡上10個多鐘頭,才會覺得飽....
這是體能問題嗎?
該怎麼改善呢?
我為此作過詳細的身體檢查 (血液/尿液/x光)
都沒有什麼問題。
(因為我一度以為是肝功能問題)
