我認真的檢討自己,最後發現,除了生理期前會食慾旺盛外,
焦慮時也是,但眼前的事情很需要去解決,
而且需要絕對努力去完成,在壓力以及焦慮之下,
會不斷進食,沒辦法放下手邊工作,做別的舒壓活動
而食物成了最有效率的舒壓工具,請問大家,這時候該怎麼辦呢?
