心臟超音波影像霧霧的 - 醫療資訊

想請問

前陣子進行心臟超音波檢查時，護理人員有提了一下影像有點霧
還說通常不該這麼霧@@

我看了一下螢幕影像，確實有點霧霧的
於是就隨口問說，那是機器問題 還是身體問題....
（因為第一次看超音波影像也不知霧跟正常的定義如何界定）

後來機器探頭移動，護理人員就說這裡就比較沒那霧...

想請問影像"霧"，通常是什麼情況?

P.S在此前有照胸部Ｘ光，醫生說肺部看起來算正常，並提到有些小氣喘
