最近幾個星期,密集的去健身房重訓和騎腳踏車,每天吃一顆魚油,還有買阿德勒心理學的書來看。
心情有好很多,比較不會頭暈,精神專注力也改善不少,希望自己能維持這些習慣,保持下去。
