事情是這樣子的
因為工作關係還滿常加班甚至熬夜
有嘗試吃B群
但是我吃完都會水腫= =
現在變成只吃維他命C
飲食的部分有三餐正常吃
但這樣的情況下
有沒有什麼更進一步的養生方法?
因為覺得身體疲勞狀況沒有改善…
