家人膝蓋受傷，診斷書的問題 - 醫療資訊

如題，姊姊之前膝蓋受傷(脫臼還是什麼的)
情況似乎滿嚴重的
拿到了醫生的診斷書，但因為都是英文專有名詞所以有閱讀的困難
想請各位專業的板友幫忙看一下情況如何

以下是診斷：

1.Partial tear of patellar tendon. (Se:401 Im:18)
2.Discoid meniscus of lateral maniscus without frank tear.
3.Anterior subluxation of medial meniscus.
4.Medil plica with joint effusion.
5.MCL tear.
6.Bone bruise at lateral femoral condyle and fibular head.
7.Lateral subluxation of patella and suspicious medial retinaculum tear.

如果板友繁忙就麻煩告訴我半月軟骨(meniscus)的損傷情況就好了!!
