我一直很害怕自己變胖
每天都會量非常多次的體重
我也都會在前一晚做好飲食計畫,只要隔天沒有照著吃就會覺得很沮喪。
有時也會理智線崩壞大吃,但是隔天就會大量運動以及吃很少來讓體重下降
每天看著鏡子裡的自己總是覺得腿很粗
非常害怕體重增加
當我42公斤的時候我的目標一直是40
可是現在我的目標已經變成36了(現在153/37.5)
我總是覺得我的外表看起來還是沒有很瘦
其實我知道這樣很有問題,但是我一直沒辦法改變我的想法
也沒辦法克制自己無時無刻都在想吃的
請問這樣到底怎麼辦?我應該怎麼改?
