之前看中醫減肥
醫生建議我煮老薑燉肉來補充元氣
最近去買了煮火鍋的豬肉片來煮
發現肉下冷水後
水的表面浮著一層很厚的油
我用冷水濾過兩次後
再用熱水濾兩過(熱水濾過後~肉片就變白了)
不知道這樣會不會導致營養的流失???
有沒有什麼方法可以去油又保存肉的營養????
