因為最近奶奶骨質疏鬆住院的關係
我開始緊張了起來~~~因為我已經超過三十歲拉>"<
(據說30歲後骨質會流失很快)
所以開始審視自己的飲食習慣
過去很少再注意補鈣這件事情
仔細詢問後才知道奶奶的飲食習慣也跟我一樣~~
只喜歡吃特定的食物很偏食~~~
鈣含量高的東西她都不喜歡吃~~
諮詢過醫生後才知道牛奶比起一般的鈣片或是鈣補充品來說
其實才是最好的鈣質來源,也比較容易吸收
於是為了奶奶~~也為了自己跟女兒
到大賣場買了各大廠牌的鮮奶
要來神農嘗百草拉!!先自己試喝看看~~
發現光泉100%純鮮奶~紅色瓶身唯一標示純天然
喝起來很順口~~清淡
我比較放心給家人喝
現在每天喝一罐光泉後就會用輪椅推奶奶到樓下曬曬太陽~~補充維他命D
促進鈣質的吸收
