晚上經常都要很晚很晚才能入睡
但是
一躺在床上 通常都得要翻來覆去好久一段時間
才能正式入睡
有時 實在是睡不著
只好起來買早餐吃
然後看一看電視
才又去睡覺
所以常常把自己搞得作息很不正常
但有時候真的是睡不著
不知道該怎麼辦
朋友建議去看醫生 但是擔心會有藥物成癮
所以也不太想看:~~
