昨晚洗了澡,也沒吃洋芋片,然後一部《金剛經》,11點去躺,大概12點睡著,比昨天好,但距離以往的10分鐘入睡還是差強人意,檢討一下,可能天氣冷,腳冷時就無法入睡,要等到暖和了,不過也太久。
既然洋芋片不是主因,剛就怒吃了......哈
