昨天很好睡
躺著不到一小時就睡著了
連我爸半夜喝酒回來開門時我都沒聽到
睡的很沉
昨天喝了咖啡
下午又喝烏龍茶
原本以為這樣子晚上會睡不著
沒想到意外的沒影響
有繼續吃思維佳
起床後就不賴床
持續的每天一定要去運動
我想這些事都對容易睡著有輔助吧!
繼續努力維持下去
