終於找到工作了 但對工作很多都不熟悉
很想把事情做好 怕白天會恍惚影響工作就沒吃安眠藥
但發現不吃藥就沒有辦法好好睡到天亮
每次以為下班回家很累會秒睡 但躺下還是會一直想工作的事情
搞的晚上躺在床上睡不著 白天也有點渙散
看過醫生 也有規律運動 但效果普普
想找些輔助的東西來用 大家有用過那些?
