失眠(四十) 最近狀況不好 - 憂鬱症

Table of Contents
1. 無法連續睡>4hr, 醒來後精神好一陣子,沒過多久又嗜睡,片段式睡眠;
2. 晚上該睡的時候睡不著,白天嚴重嗜睡;
3. 睡前幻覺(幻聽為主,e.g.東西掉地上的聲音、金屬碰撞聲、說話聲)讓我嚇一跳;
4. 入睡抽動,好不容易快睡著了腿自己卻突然不自主的抖一下,
有時伴隨墜落感把我嚇醒。
3、4雖然以前也有,但不是很常發生,最近卻出現的很頻繁。
睡眠品質已經很不好了,還不讓我睡,真是豈有此理。
不知道是不是因為精神不濟,就連肌肉也很沒力,
洗澡要坐在小板凳上洗才不會覺得辛苦。
最近狀況很不好,很難專心,腦筋轉得比平常慢。
為啥睡個好覺這麼難?
