最近年底了 工作量開始大增
加班熬夜變成家常便飯覺得好累
有點擔心之前天氣轉涼就很容易感冒了
現在每天都沒睡飽 抵抗力應該弱掉很多
加上疫情冬天也可能會更容易中獎...
所以想調整一下現在的日常飲食習慣
最近我都有在吃蔓越莓錠、葉黃素、B群
不過這些都算是很日常的保養類型
主要是每天會逼自己吃一餐健康餐跟喝C片
想說工作量大增還是要好好顧身體比較重要
我也不確定這樣調整夠不夠....
想問各位天氣轉涼都是怎麼保養身體增加免疫力的?
