最近為了減肥
我的減肥菜單增加了許多高營養價值的食物(奇異果 芭樂 香蕉 地瓜 地瓜葉...等等)
其中我每天都會在早起沒多久 用牙刷幫兩顆綠奇異果洗澡後 連皮一起吃
剛開始會不習慣 但是奇異果本身的香味加上皮的嚼勁 吃習慣了也覺得蠻好吃的
這麼做也是因為許多資料顯示奇異果皮的高營養價值 但也知道有的人會對該果皮過敏
總之~持續了一周以上了 這幾天也是喉嚨本來因為天氣不穩導致有點發炎的傾向
吃了一兩天的奇異果後 不需要藥物 身體也因為抵抗力增加所以自然痊癒
天天奇異果~^^
