多喝水有益身體健康是大家都已經知道的事情了
可是很多人還是沒辦法做到
像是我媽 她很不愛喝水 覺得水沒味道 很難入口
一般人每天至少都要1500cc了 她因為身體某方面有疾病
更需大量喝水 增加代謝 但她連一杯水都沒辦法喝完
讓我很替她擔心
不曉得有什麼辦法可以增加她飲水量呢?
