我在網路上看到,
每天早晨可喝一杯500CC現搾的蔬果汁 (胡蘿蔔+芹菜+蘋果)
對降低血壓有效果.
請問有人知道這些蔬果的分量要加多少嗎?
我今天早上放了三根西洋芹, 一根紅蘿蔔, 一個蘋果去打汁,
結果現在好像在吃草......>_<
