如果我們只喝牛奶、或阿華田,其他甚麼都不吃
把牛奶、好立克、阿華田或麥片等沖泡飲品當正餐吃,
長期下來會怎麼樣嗎?
問問看各位的看法
有人試過嗎
不是減肥哦,因為目前169cm / 57kg 還不算胖
實在是有點沒食慾吃不下固態
喝個幾週或幾個月會怎樣嗎
