口腔癌前病變及病理報告 - 醫療資訊

各位你們好..

不好意思一直PO文問大家

最近舌頭去奇美切片檢查

檢查結果是良性疣狀增生..不過醫生說屬癌前病變了

我很緊張.

想請問各位

癌前病變如已切除..得癌機率還大嗎?(我看網路上是寫,癌前病變不治療,變癌化的機率

很大,那我把他切除了..得癌的機率還會大嗎?)



報告上有寫我的輕度細胞分化..就是初期病變..

感覺很嚴重..

以下為我的病理報告

The stratified squamous epithelium reveals hyperplasia and verrucous
projections that are predominantly superficial to the adjacent epithelium.
Epithelial dyplasia is mildly present. The rete ridges are broad and blunt
associated with inflammatory cell infiltrates.

切片組織是0.4*0.4*0.4

Diagnosis:

Verrucous hyperplasia ,right tongue,excision
