午日嗜睡 - 憂鬱症

早上精神還可以,09:00-13:00是我一天效率最高的時候。
14:00開始嗜睡,好像吃了安眠藥一樣抵擋不住睡意,要躺著/趴著睡一下才行。
今天把早上的咖啡移到午餐之後喝,可惜效果不彰;
明天試試午餐後嗑顆B群看看如何。
好討厭嗜睡的感覺,完全無法運作。現在要去午睡了 _(」∠ 、ン、)_zzZ
