一週七天,大概只有兩天能出得了門
其他時間都在床上滾來滾去、滑手機、發呆、吸貓
會幫貓貓弄東西吃
有時候出門拿外送就覺得到極限了
即使出門也很容易想回家休息
利他能好像對這麼情況有效,至少出了門就不會一直想回家,可以在外把要處理的事處理
完
不知道是太懶惰還是憂鬱症
體力也也很差
經常這樣,就只是什麼都不想做
最近在想去健身房會不會有效,特別是那種有人帶有人點名的
強迫自己會不會好一點呢
大家試過什麼方法?什麼方法是有效的呢?
