唉~最近日夜作息不正常~
己經有二~三個月了~
白天當成夜晚~
夜晚當成白天~
每天都是下午1點多睡覺~
睡覺睡到半夜12點多~
然後又是一直如此下去~
我還是一個大學生~
因為作息不正常我缺了很多堂課= =
請問一下我要如何改正?
要吃安眠藥嗎??
好心大大們救救我吧~
