一個月沒爆食 - 飲食疾患

或許是因為壓力比較少了 ,
又或許是上次說得因為看了版上所說爆食會有很糟糕的後果,
再加上我想要好好珍惜身邊的家人,
一個月沒吐了,
我不刻意吃低熱量食物(因為反而會想說熱量低,就吃很多,反而不舒服)
早餐我吃任何我想吃的東西,但是適量(以前吃太豐盛,因為想說早餐要像皇帝)
中午,把碗變小一點,然後再吃早上自己準備好的水果,
晚上,吃一些熱熱的、澱粉類較少的食物,比較不會有罪惡感吧!!
我不量體重、我不看自己的身材、我只告訴自己,開心最重要^^
有時候,用心感覺一下沒有催吐的胃和肚子,好舒服喔!!!!以前沒有過的,
就是要這種感覺~~~~~~~~~~要繼續下去~^^~大家也要一起加油喔!!
