第一階段 - 呼吸
1.快、深、混亂的呼吸,頻率不要固定
2.重點放在鼻子的吐氣,不用管吸氣
第二階段 - 發洩
沒啥重點,就是亂吼亂叫
第三階段 - 乎
1.跳耀並舉高雙手
2.腳著地時,用丹田力量喊出:乎,並感覺肚子在震動
第四階段 - 觀照 (以下似乎可以省略)
第五階段 - 用跳舞慶祝生命的喜悅
