鼻炎一定要作過敏原檢測 - 過敏

我因為經常鼻塞流鼻水,多年前醫生判定是
過敏性鼻炎.但是今年去作了IgE和特異性IgE檢
測,卻發現是陰性的,也就是說並不是"過敏性"
鼻炎. 醫生的說法是對溫度過敏,還是開一樣的
藥給我.

然而我上網查資料,卻發現完全不是這麼一回
事."過敏性鼻炎"顧名思義是鼻黏膜對外來刺激過
度敏感所致，學理上的定義指『經由過敏抗體即免
疫球蛋白E之作用，所引發的鼻黏膜發炎反應，以
打噴嚏、鼻癢、鼻塞、流鼻水等症狀表現』。

過敏性鼻炎和非過敏性鼻炎的治療方式並不完
全相同. 例如過敏性鼻炎,要避免接觸過敏原,吃抗
組織胺; 但是"抗組織胺"對"非過敏性鼻炎"是無效
的,吃了還會有想睡的副作用.

台灣的醫生水準實在是不怎麼樣,各位最好先
作檢查,免的吃一堆不該吃的藥.
