現在我22歲 但是不知道為什麼今年右邊鼻孔很容易塞塞的
然後右耳一年可以發作兩次中耳炎...又有中耳積水 右耳也有時候塞塞的
有點脈動性耳鳴...
因為以上症狀做過兩次鼻內視鏡
一次腦部mri+腦血管mri...
都只有看到中耳積水 乳突積水....
兩個耳鼻喉科醫生說我的耳咽管和塞單邊是因為過敏和鼻中膈彎曲造成的
不過我的症狀都好符合鼻咽癌的感覺...
不然這樣反覆中耳炎+積水 又有悶塞感 也不知道怎麼會這樣
請問
鼻內視鏡與腦部mri會不會很容易以miss鼻咽癌阿?
因為看網路很多人都是做手術才發現有鼻咽癌...
