DIAGNOSIS: Nail, left thumb, incisional biopsy --- See description GROSS FINDI
NG: Received in formalin is one piece of grey white soft skin, measuring 0.2 x
0.2 x 0.1 cm with a 0.2 x 0.1 cm skin. Entire specimen is embedded in one blo
ck. (WTL) MICROSCOPIC FINDING: Sections show nail tissue without obvious incre
ase of melanin deposition in Fontana-Masson stain. Some SOX10 positive melanoc
ytes without significant cytologic atypia are observed. Clinical correlation i
s needed.
我自己的理解是有看到黑色素細胞，不過沒有明顯異常
可是SOX10這個陽性又讓我有疑慮
希望有醫學背景的版友可以幫我解讀一下
