我剛量血壓 被測出是第一期高血壓
心情很DOWN
明明每天都有跑步 竟然還有這樣的問題
唉
可能飲食習慣太差
想請教大家
如果我改善飲食 睡眠充足 適當運動 那麼血壓會恢復正常嗎
還是說只是防止再惡化而已?
