高血壓和暈眩的問題 - 醫療資訊

我最近這兩三天
只要睡覺的時候一躺下去(尤其是往左邊躺)
頭就會暈(看東西會有點旋轉)
但持續個20秒 症狀就會消失；
如果是往中間躺 或是往右邊躺 就不會暈
躺著要坐起來 也會有點暈
不知道是不是前庭神經炎還是良性陣發型姿勢性暈眩症?
然後昨天去看醫生 一量血壓 166/95 脈搏50
量了三次血壓都是這麼高 所以醫生直接開降血壓的藥給我
不知道是不是因為暈眩造成我血壓這麼高?
還是是我血壓高造成我暈眩?
(我是29歲女生 身高164 體重54 體脂肪約20 作息正常 一週運動至少四次 不菸不酒)
又如果我想要去看醫生 是要看耳鼻喉科還是要去大醫院看?(高雄地區)
還麻煩各位有經驗的人解惑 感激不盡!
