飲食控制超難的 - 過敏

前幾天過敏源檢驗報告出來了
看到我臉都綠了……
重度六級:黃豆(我每天喝豆漿)
重度五級:鮪魚、鰻魚、香蕉(每天吃)、小麥、花生
中度四級:鱈魚、地瓜(每天當早餐吃)、綠豆、紅豆(生理期會連吃五天)、薑、大蒜做菜
都會用到
中度三級:一大堆…………
打到這超累的,總之都是我平常吃的
因為有在減肥所以食物我都會挑選吃
沒想到挑到後來過敏(哭)
雖然我挑食物吃但絕對營養有均衡
並不是挑食的意思
不過我其實有注意到一件事情
就是我太累或是生理期之類的
眼睛才會有過敏性的水腫出現
平常是只有鼻子比較有過敏症狀,但感覺運動後好很多
我想問
如果我現在開始吃益生菌跟魚油
然後飲食跟之前差不多行嗎?
