頸部硬塊 - 發炎

由於人在英國讀書，一月才回台灣一趟，但又發現新的硬塊，GP要等一陣子，所以只好先來發問。

一月的時候在右邊下頜腺摸到一顆腫大的東西，看過許多醫生，超音波，穿刺是陰性，
也照過電腦斷層，醫生都判斷是發炎性的唾液腺腫大，只是斷層沒有拍到結石，
所以叫我就放著，等到會痛再去處理。

好不容易確定沒事回來之後，上週在左邊脖子，頜下區域的下面一些，甲狀腺左側，
但在整個脖子看起來，不太靠頸部正中，也不太靠頸部側邊的部位，
摸到一顆比綠豆感覺大一點點（摸起來不大）的硬塊，表面橡膠但整顆偏硬，
壓了有時候某個角度好像會痛，但又不是太痛，不太會移動，
但有時候壓了會有往裡面進去的感覺。

因為從12月開始身體狀況一直不好，晚上有時候（不能說偶而）會有腿部盜汗的現象，
最近這兩天不知道是不是天氣太冷，開始喉嚨有點不舒服，沒有發燒，就是微微的感冒的感覺。

為了這個太焦慮了，一直睡不好，和許多朋友聊過，都覺得是因為我太擔心，
所以造成身體有些不好的反應，都要我別想太多。

以下是我一月底做的斷層報告

Right submandibular swelling for 2 weeks
2x2 cm submandibular area swelling/ o Right submandibular tumor

head and neck CT scan before and after contrast enhancement was performed

metallic artifact at oral cavity
suggestive enlargement of right submandibular gland noted as compared with the contralateral left side. However, no definite focal lesion found.
prominent LNs at right submandibualr space and upper neck with fatty hila preserved. Favored reactive LN hyperplasia.
nasal septum deviation and mild mucosal thickening at paranasal sinuses.
small visible LNs at bilateral submandibular spaces and necks with sizes within normal limits.
heterogeneous density at thyroid gland. Recommend US study if indicated.
nasopharynx apperared not unusual. otherwise, no definite focal lesion found.

suboptimal study due to metallic artifact at oral cavity
suggestive enlargement of right submandibular gland and no definite focal lesion found. Prominent LNs at right chin and upper neck associated. More favored inflammation rather than tumor growth. Recommend correlate with clinical findings and F/U.

不知道是不是這一顆其實當時已經存在，只是我現在才摸到，
因為我接下來要等到六月底才回去，也不確定GP會不會讓我轉診到耳鼻喉專科，
加上最近仍舊有肩頸腰痠，膝蓋前天跟著感冒一起出了狀況，
使得我非常焦慮，非常擔心自己是不是有什麼不好的狀況。

是否可以請了解的人幫我看看斷層的報告，是不是當時已經發現過一些淋巴結，
所以我暫時不要想太多呢？或者我應該立即想辦法再飛回去，
因為我才剛回來不到一個月...所以真的很徬徨又很焦慮。
