工作上是比較需要面對螢幕的
一坐下來就是十幾個小時跑不掉
眼睛就會很乾澀 碰到強光還會有點畏光..
想找葉黃素保養預防..很怕長時間這樣下來容易有更多問題
自己找了一下白蘭氏的黑醋栗花青素的成份對護眼也很有幫助
他是複方的葉黃素 會對眼睛比較有幫助嗎?
