不知道為什麼,就算我早睡(大概11點半),睡到早上8點起床,
這樣至少睡8小時以上,早上起床也有吃綜合維他命,
還是覺得會累,剛剛躺在椅子上居然還累到睡著了!(我昨晚也睡了7個半小時)
我才30歲,平常也固定有在運動,怎麼會這樣...
