關於焦慮恐慌的益生菌 - 憂鬱症

有此一說,如果把腸道益生菌顧好
可以促進血清素的生成,對焦慮恐慌有幫助
不曉得有沒有人推薦不錯的相關益生菌或者營養食品呢
我是有在 iherb 上看過,也有查到一些 "快樂益生菌"
但都不敢亂買亂試,想問問有經驗的版友們
補充:家人不是憂鬱症,是屬於廣泛性的焦慮恐慌
