開始運動後最常被人問到
「憂鬱症有改善嗎?」
我都答「沒有」
然後就會有人回說「那一定是你運動不夠」
我都運動到吐
每次兩小時,一週4次運動
到底怎樣才算「夠努力」呢?
還有人覺得運動能治好憂鬱症
我都會回他「要是這麼簡單,精神科醫生跟精神藥物就不會存在了」
然後就會被回「醫生只是輔助啊,重點是靠自己」
呵呵...怎麼就不跟癌症病人說
「醫生只是輔助,重點是靠自己」
不能說運動毫無幫助
至少知道自己在為自己努力會讓自我認同感高一點
也至少讓自己的生活不那麼頹廢
但隨著清醒的時間越長
面對情緒的時間也變長
總是覺得好累
這樣的日子還能持續多久呢?
