大家好
今天早上差點遲到了,所以沒吃早餐也沒喝咖啡
整個情緒down到不行
要是今天沒去把這些情緒處理掉,明後天應該會更慘吧?
還是很想消失啊
--
每天下班都覺得很難舒解壓力
不知道大家有沒有什麼好的建議?
目前最常躺在床上看youtube、玩遊戲或是睡覺
但結果都感覺只是浪費一個晚上的時間而已……
這樣下去真的不行啊
