運動可以減輕代償性出汗的情況,
冬天的時候都會去學校健身房跑步,
夏天就有點不好意思,汗會流的很厲害,
就改成游泳,
但遇到下雨就很懶的去,生理期的時候也不能游,
所以~所以~~所以~~~~ (到此都是廢話~哈~)
很推薦踏步機啦~~
在家裡隨時"享"用都可以~~~~
也不會因為流汗覺得不自在~~~~~~~
強力推薦~哈~(推薦推薦推薦~~)
ps. 前幾天發現這個版,真的超開心的啦,我國一就動刀,差不多10年了,
我覺得我副作用沒有很嚴重,愛運動可能有關,也有可能是習慣了 囧a
總之,大家一起加油減輕這些副作用吧~~~~~
