這幾天心情很糟,吃了藥也沒啥改善
不少人說運動可以改善情緒什麼的
我從來不覺得
甚至今天騎健身車,原本習慣騎消耗500卡
今天騎到300就因為不愉快而放棄
運動真能改善情緒?
