晚上久違去慢跑
幸好體力沒有下降很多
跑了3公里
跑完雖然覺得蠻舒暢的
但突然就變得好像很積極
很焦急得想趕快洗完澡 然後去做還沒有做完的事
我其實不是很喜歡這種躁動感
雖然跑步舒服 但是突然變得太積極太躁動也很不好
因為通常晚上了 都要睡覺了 其實也沒什麼時間去做多一點事
然後這種積極的躁動感就會轉變成焦慮感
很煩
結果剛才洗完澡 塗完乳液 想說打個日記就可以睡了 結果又跟媽媽聊很多天
聊天過程一直在壓抑焦慮的感覺
聊天最大的缺點就是什麼事都做不了
但我為了讓媽媽有個宣洩口 我還是願意聽她講話
只是偶爾是受不了我會趕快閃
幸好今天有耐住性子
我好累
好痛苦
想到一堆事情還沒有做完 又開始焦慮了
安眠藥效果又發揮得慢
從23:30吃了到現在還沒要睡著
可惡 -_-
